Ruffled skirts are a staple of steampunk fashion and a great way to add neo-Victorian style to an outfit. This asymmetrical design has a high front and lower back, with a full ruffle running around the entire bottom. You can choose to make the ruffle with the same fabric as the skirt, a contrasting fabric or with a single layer of gathered lace. With an elastic waist and two different sizes to choose from, the skirt can be made to fit dolls with a variety of measurements!
