The Short Sleeve Blouse is a perfect complement to your steampunk outfit. With its gathered puff sleeves, faux placket with lace and high banded collar, it adds neo-Victorian style to any outfit. This blouse closes in the back with sew in snaps. With three sizes included, this blouse can be made to fit dolls with a variety of measurements!

Beginner seamstresses should choose a lightweight cotton or poly cotton blend to make the shirt. Intermediate seamstresses could choose a lightweight crepe, silk, rayon or other more challenging blends.

Part of KeLibu’s second Steampunk Separates collection, this shirt can be mixed and matched with other KeLibu Steampunk patterns. This shirt also works well paired with jeans, skirts or capris for a modern look.

Supplies:

• ¼ yard of light weight cotton, silk, polyester or blends. Choose fabric that will crease crisply.
• 8½ by 2½ piece of light weight fusible interfacing – tricot recommended
• 12⅜ – 13⅜ inches of ¾ inch wide gathered lace
• 9 inches of ⅛ to ¼ inch wide elastic
• 5 sew-in snaps
• Optional – three ¼ inch to ⅜ inch wide buttons
• Sharp or microtex needle
• Matching thread
